Welcome to WASDlink Pro. By purchasing, downloading, or using our software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. License Grant (Lifetime Perpetual)

Upon purchase of a lifetime perpetual license of WASDlink Pro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the desktop server on up to two (2) personal computers under your control. The mobile controller web app is free to load on any number of mobile devices connecting to your activated servers.

2. Activation & Seat Limits

Your license key is checked upon online server startup to verify activation limits. You may not share your license key with third parties. Attempting to activate your key on more than two concurrent PCs may result in key suspension or temporary blocking until previous activations are released or reset via support.

3. Prohibited Usage

You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the server software binary.
• Modify or bypass license key verification code, validation triggers, or offline token hashes.
• Re-distribute, lease, sell, or rent your license key or copy of the server application.
• Use the software for automated botting or commercial purposes.

4. Updates and Support

Your purchase includes lifetime access to all future standard software updates, design layout templates, and core platform enhancements of the WASDlink Pro edition. Technical support is provided through our standard contact systems.

5. Warranty & Disclaimers

WASDlink Pro emulates physical gamepad, mouse, and keyboard inputs on your system (via PyDirectInput/PyAutoGUI) to operate games. While we test and optimize for input reliability, the software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for in-game bans, anti-cheat flag triggers, system crashes, or keybinding conflicts occurring during use.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with Dodo Payments terms. If you experience technical incompatibilities, please contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund assistance.
